We provide a comprehensive training programme for social care workers, developed by our care management team with many years’ experience of working in social care at all levels. This includes moving and handling, medication awareness, safeguarding and basic life support.
We offer a professional development programme for trainee counsellors, including practice learning and facilitated peer support, with flexible access designed to suit the individual needs and circumstances of individuals
We also offer a range of well-being training courses to support the skills development of managers These are delivered by specialists either at our premises, or at clients’ own establishments.
