MAKING A DIFFERENCE WITH TRAINING FROM TDR

Why did you choose TDR Training?

The company I work for was already working with TDR Training Ltd as their main Training Provider within apprenticeships. They were impressed with the quality of courses that were on offer and saw it as a way to upskill their workforce. With the 18th Edition course being accredited it was a great opportunity. I found the course at TDR Training very informative, and it has given me knowledge to use within my working day.

What training did you access?

I accessed the accredited 18TH Edition Wiring Regulations Course.

In terms of accessing the ESF funding through North East Skills, how easy was the process?

The whole process was efficient and stress free. Prior to starting the course TDR Training had spoken to my employer about what upskilling they needed for their workplace. From this TDR Training were able to put staff on to the correct courses to meet the company’s needs by working with the HR and production departments. The paperwork was also easy to complete, and we had lot of guidance when doing this within the initial induction of the course with the TDR course tutor.

What did you like about the training?

I have found the training provided efficient and informative. Over the short period of learning a lot of information was taught. Not only did I like the course but ultimately, I gained updated knowledge each day which will benefit me in the workplace. By having this up-to-date knowledge, it keeps me relevant in my job and will help me progress in my career as well as providing me with the knowledge to maintain compliance within the electrical job role I have and use skills and resources to find the information and guidance needed on site.
